After reading through the post about the quote, i decided to post some quotes:

"Law of Equivalent Exchange- Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return. To obtain, something of equal value must be lost. I still choose to believe in this principle:
that all things do come at a price. That there's an ebb, and a flow, a cycle. That the pain we went through did have a reward and that anyone who's determined and perseveres will get something of value in return, even if it's not what they expected. I am unable to see an application in which the law does not apply. As I reflect upon all the objects I have acquired and those I still want, they all seem to tie into an exchange of my time here on earth.
